No - the PlanPoint platform does not link ownership of plans to users, the plan is linked to the group / subgroup instead.
Example: a plan is associated with the submitting user’s group / subgroup at the time of submission.
So the plan is visible to all users who have Office User role permissions for the same group/sub-Group, even if the user who created it is removed from the platform.
